Someone recently told me “Time is in short supply.”

What a strange way of putting it, I thought.

I don’t want to get into the whole relativity thing…

But, for the context we’re talking about, surely the supply is constant. It’s the demand that changes. Or rather the perceived demands. Demands that spiral ever upwards.

And, if anything, Focus creates more time. Whilst that too is an illusion, it certainly feels like you have more time when you’re focused. And I’ll take that.

So how?
Choose 3 key action-achievement goals to focus on today. Just 3.
Write them down.
Keep them prominent.
And let the rest of the stuff fall into place around those three spheres of focus.
