Meet Phil

Following an exciting military career, Phil Olley has enjoyed success in sales, financial planning, and running his own business. 

In 1999 he established a performance coaching practice drawing on his wide experience of leadership, business and sales, and began working with a number of businesses and individuals to help them set goals, generate peak performance and improve their results

A life-threatening (and life-changing) near-death experience (the full “white tunnel” moment of clarity)  has helped him to distil the ingredients of success into clearly understandable principles .

He quickly became a sought-after inspirational speaker and has worked with business people throughout the world, from company owner-managers to strategic leaders in international brands, as well as people from all walks of life seeking to achieve their goals and reach greater fulfilment. He has spoken at over 2000 live events, conferences, seminars and coaching sessions over the past 23 years, reaching over 2 million people with his tools, techniques and over-riding message, working with companies such as Shell, Pepsico, Mars (Masterfoods), The Wood Group, Kellogg’s and many more.

Phil has written articles and columns for business magazines, and is no stranger to the media… he is often quoted in the national press, frequently appears on BBC radio, and has contributed to prime-time TV programmes, including having appeared a number of times on the Richard & Judy show!

He is an international author, having had 3 books published, and is currently working on his fourth book.

In addition to speaking at conferences and business events, and running seminars and masterclasses, Phil works with select individuals in the UK and throughout the world.
