I have never liked the phrase KISS (“Keep it Simple Stupid… after all, I don’t think any of us should be thinking of ourselves as stupid!)

I much prefer: Keep it Significantly Simple.

Remember, Simple, not easy.

In business terms, this means devoting time, energy, focus to those significant activities that create results which lead to success.

So, what results does your success revolve around?
What actions do you need to do to create those results?
So, where is your time, energy, focus? Is it on those actions?

Consider your 5 key result areas…
What percentage of your time was devoted to these last week?
What percentage is devoted to these in the week ahead?

Everything else is just commentary.
