Phil works with a select number of individuals on a one-to-one basis.

This may take the form of a short-term relationship (even just one Strategic coaching session) or a much longer-term arrangement.

And the level of involvement may vary from person to person. Some business people simply want a sounding board to meet with regularly, other people want to have significant input from Phil to help reach their goals.
